Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Subbly, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Subbly helps you discover, track, and cancel recurring subscriptions. Today, detection works by connecting your Gmail account with read-only access; bank connection (TrueLayer) is currently available in test mode only. Subbly doesn't cancel subscriptions automatically: it takes you to each provider's official page or gives you clear instructions, and you complete the cancellation yourself.

Subbly is under active development. Some features described on the site may change, may not be available yet, or may behave differently than expected while we keep improving the product.

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• An account is for use by one person.
• You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Subbly.

Subbly is free for now. This may change in the future, but if it does, we'll communicate it clearly before charging you anything: no charge will be processed without your knowing in advance.

By using Subbly, you agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to access other people's accounts or parts of the service not intended for you.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the application's source code, except as expressly permitted by law.
• Deliberately overload or interfere with the service's operation.

Subbly's brand, design, and content belong to us. You keep all rights to your own information; we only use it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, immediately and permanently. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subbly is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including the accuracy of automatically detected subscriptions — always verify anything important directly with the relevant provider. To the extent permitted by law, Subbly won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any rights consumer-protection law in your country of residence may grant you.

We may update these terms as Subbly evolves. We'll post any changes on this same page along with the last-updated date.
